ACCOUNTS:
Approved accounts are given an ACCOUNT NUMBER which must be included in all search requests.
ITEMIZED MONTHLY ACCOUNT BILLINGS will be faxed at the end of each month with a 20 day payment due date.

ACCOUNT HOLDERS HEREBY AGREE THAT:
- Confidentiality of the Account Number is the responsibility of the Account Holder, and
- USE OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE THE ACCOUNT HOLDERS AUTHORIZATION FOR THE ORDERING PARTY
